Rolls for LP Mills
Rolling mills producing rebar and round bar, light, medium and heavy sections, wire rod, narrow flat bars and seamless tube are considered as the Long Product (LP) or shaped product mills. Marmacor is the regular supplier of all kind of hot Rolling rolls demanded by the LP mills.
Our rolls are manufactured and supplied in the form of solid work rolls, roll rings or sleeves and assembled rolls. Composite rolls with assembled roll rings are also available.
Rolls can be supplied as finished machined plain or with rough and finished grooves. Cast steel rolls for section mills can be provided with rough turned grooves and double heat treatment in order to achive better hardness profile along with deep grooves.
Upon request, rolls can be provided with accessories like labyrinth/spacer rings, inner race rings and keys.
Rolls for FP Mills
Rolling mills producing hot strip and plate are considered as the Flat Product (FP) mills. Marmacor is the regular supplier of work rolls, edger rolls and back up rolls in various grades for FP mills. Table rollers, coil box rollers and other type of rolls for FM are also available upon request.
Most commonly used grades HiCr, ICDP, HSS work rolls and cast steel BUR are in our standart scope of supply.
Our modern and sophisticated machine shops are able to machine simple or complex shaped all kind of rolls with exact tolerances.

Marmacor is also the manufacturer or supplier of the mill equipment and consumables needed to get the job done right.
We utilize our experience of more than 20 years in steel industry to find unique solutions to the specific plant requirements. Special tooling and spares are manufactured on tailor made basis including design study or manufactured by using reverse engineering technique.
